Customer Service Centres opening hours

At the Palmanova entry toll station, open from Monday to Friday from 8.45 AM to 12.15 AM and from 13.45 PM to 17.15 PM Closed Saturday, Sundays, holidays and November 3 for Patron feast.

From 1 July 2026, the Customer Service Centre will no longer handle matters relating to Telepass services and VIACARD linked to current accounts.
