Customer Service Centres opening hours

Located at the Gonars Nord service area (towards Venice), it is open to the public during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM and 1:45 PM to 5:15 PM. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and November 3rd (Patron Saint's Day).

From 1 July 2026, the Customer Service Centre will no longer handle matters relating to Telepass services and VIACARD linked to current accounts.
